A well-rounded business and legal executive, Jim Kaufman has extensive expertise in the development of business process outsourcing solutions to Global 1000 clients. Before co-founding Cloud 10, Jim was Executive Vice President, Strategic Business Development with Vercuity Solutions, Inc. Prior to joining Vercuity, Jim was at TeleTech Holdings, Inc., where he held a variety of senior positions, including Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Solutions and General Counsel.
Before TeleTech, Jim was VP-Law at Loral Cyberstar, where he was instrumental in the company's initial public, subsequent public, and private debt and equity offerings.
Jim began his career in private law practice with the national law firm, Proskauer Rose, where he practiced corporate, business and commercial real estate law.
