Sean is a proven executive with unique experience in the leadership of public and private corporations in some of the largest companies in the United States and in successful entrepreneurial startups.
Before co-founding Cloud 10, Sean served as President and CEO of Vercuity Solutions, Inc. Prior to Vercuity, Sean was the Executive in charge of Sales, Customer Service and Technical Support for all of Dell's U.S. Consumer Solutions Centers. Prior to joining Dell, Sean was President and General Manager, North America, for TeleTech Holdings, Inc. where he was responsible for TeleTech’s largest business unit, supporting the contact center outsourcing requirements of over 75 companies and the leadership of over 17,000 employees. Prior to TeleTech, Sean held a variety of General Management, Sales, Marketing and Strategic Planning roles with Telecommunications Inc. (TC) and MCI.
Sean's introduction to Homesourcing began in 1994 with his first Work at Home, Call Center Project while at MCI.
